Every TI-Nspire™ calculator has its own unique Product ID.
Each Vincenta licence activates one calculator permanently.
After purchase you receive a unique activation key generated specifically for your calculator.
Once activated, Vincenta operates completely without an Internet connection.

Vincenta is also available under licensing arrangements for sailing schools, colleges, universities, yacht clubs and commercial training organisations.
Options include Instructor Packs, classroom deployments and larger institutional licences. These arrangements are tailored to the size and requirements of each organisation.
All maintenance releases within the purchased major version of Vincenta are provided free of charge.
Future major versions introducing substantial new features may be offered at a reduced upgrade price.
If you own more than one compatible TI-Nspire™ calculator, additional licences can be purchased at a reduced price.
Each calculator requires its own activation key because every Product ID is unique.
If your calculator suffers a genuine hardware failure, Vincenta will normally issue a replacement activation key after reviewing reasonable evidence that the original calculator is no longer usable.
Examples of suitable evidence may include photographs of physical damage, manufacturer service documentation, warranty information, or other reasonable proof that the original calculator is no longer usable.
Routine replacement of a fully working calculator, hardware upgrades, or moving Vincenta to an additional calculator are not covered by this policy. Additional calculator licences are available at the reduced price shown above.
The Vincenta licensing system is designed to provide fair protection for the software while treating genuine customers reasonably.
Activation keys are personal to the licensed calculator and must not be shared, published, redistributed, or used on calculators other than the one for which they were generated.
A Vincenta licence represents the right to use the software on a specific calculator, rather than ownership of the software itself.
