This Licensing Policy forms part of the Vincenta Terms of Use and explains how Vincenta licences are issued, activated and managed.

Vincenta software and activation keys are issued and licensed by Vincenta Ltd (Company Registration Number: 17407840, registered office at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE) on a perpetual, per-calculator basis.
Each licence is permanently linked to the unique Product ID of one compatible TI-Nspire™ CX calculator. Once activated, Vincenta operates entirely offline and does not require an Internet connection for normal use.
There are no subscriptions and no recurring annual fees.
A Personal Licence permits the installation and use of Vincenta on one compatible TI-Nspire™ CX calculator.

Before purchasing, you will be asked to provide your calculator's Product ID.
Following payment, Vincenta generates a personalised activation key specifically for that calculator. The activation key is unique to the Product ID supplied during purchase and cannot be used on another calculator.
Activation is normally required only once.
If you own more than one compatible TI-Nspire™ CX calculator, an Additional Calculator Licence may be purchased for each additional calculator at the current reduced price.
Because every calculator has its own unique Product ID, each calculator requires its own activation key.
Maintenance releases, including bug fixes, performance improvements and compatibility updates, are provided free of charge within the purchased major version of Vincenta.
Future major versions introducing significant new functionality may be offered as optional paid upgrades at a reduced upgrade price.
Purchasing an upgrade is entirely optional. Your existing licensed version will continue to operate on the calculator for which it was licensed.
Vincenta licences are intended for permanent use on the calculator for which they were originally purchased.
If your calculator suffers a genuine hardware failure, Vincenta will normally issue a replacement activation key after reviewing reasonable evidence that the original calculator is no longer usable.
Examples of suitable evidence include photographs showing physical damage, manufacturer service documentation, warranty information, or other reasonable proof of permanent hardware failure.
Routine replacement of a working calculator, voluntary hardware upgrades, resale of a calculator, or transferring Vincenta to another calculator are not covered by this policy. In these situations, an Additional Calculator Licence is required.
Replacement licences are granted at Vincenta's discretion.
Each activation key is issued solely for the calculator whose Product ID was supplied during purchase.
Activation keys must not be shared, published, redistributed, sold or used to activate any other calculator.
A Vincenta licence grants permission to use the software under the Vincenta Terms of Use. It does not transfer ownership of the software or any associated intellectual property.
If you require assistance with activation, replacement calculators, educational licences or licensing enquiries, Vincenta will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Most licensing enquiries can be resolved quickly by email using the contact details published on the Vincenta website.
Vincenta may update this Licensing Policy from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on the Vincenta website and will apply to future purchases. Existing licences remain subject to the licensing terms in force at the time of purchase, except where changes are required by applicable law.
